About regulatory status

Most peptides listed above are currently available through our physician network and licensed pharmacy partners. Some peptides (marked "FDA-Approved") have full FDA approval for specific indications. Others are available through licensed compounding pharmacies under physician prescription. Peptides marked "Coming Soon" are not yet available — they're still in clinical trials.

The regulatory landscape for compounded peptides continues to evolve — your physician stays current on all changes and will discuss availability during your consultation.

Request a specific peptide

Already know which peptide you want? You can request it during your health assessment. Your physician reviews your case and determines if it's appropriate — and if it's currently available under US compounding regulations.

Common questions

Compounded peptides are prepared by licensed US pharmacies under physician prescription. They're legal to prescribe when a physician determines they're medically appropriate. The FDA has been updating its compounding regulations throughout 2025–2026 — our physicians and pharmacy partners stay current with all regulatory changes to ensure everything we prescribe is compliant.

Yes. During your health assessment, you can request a specific peptide you're interested in. Your physician reviews your health history and determines if it's appropriate for your case — and if it's currently available under US compounding regulations. Many of our patients come in already knowing what they want.

Regulatory status can change. If a peptide you're taking becomes restricted, your physician will work with you to find an appropriate alternative. We'll always communicate any changes that affect your protocol.
