Information We Collect
When you use our website and services, we may collect the following types of information:
- Personal information: Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and shipping address — provided when you create an account or complete a health assessment.
- Health information: Responses to your health assessment, including medical history, current medications, allergies, and health goals. This information is collected to facilitate physician review and treatment planning.
- Payment information: Credit card or payment details are processed through our secure, PCI-compliant payment processor. We don't store your full payment card details on our servers.
- Usage data: Information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited, time spent, browser type, device type, and referring URLs. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Communication data: Records of your communications with us, including emails, contact form submissions, and support requests.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Connect you with licensed healthcare providers who review your health assessment and make independent prescribing decisions.
- Facilitate your treatment — coordinating between you, your prescribing physician, and the compounding pharmacy.
- Communicate with you about your account, orders, treatment updates, and relevant health information.
- Improve our services — analyzing usage patterns to make our platform better, faster, and more useful.
- Comply with legal obligations — including healthcare regulations, tax requirements, and law enforcement requests.
HIPAA and Protected Health Information
Health information you provide through our assessment is transmitted to our healthcare partner network under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in compliance with HIPAA. Meridian Peptide does not store or access your protected health information (PHI) directly.
Your physician and pharmacy partners are independently responsible for maintaining HIPAA compliance in their handling of your PHI. We maintain technical and administrative safeguards to protect all health-related data transmitted through our platform.
Third-Party Sharing
We don't sell your personal information to third parties. Full stop.
We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Healthcare providers: Licensed physicians in our network who review your assessment and provide medical care.
- Compounding pharmacies: Licensed US pharmacies that compound and ship your prescribed medication.
- Service providers: Companies that help us operate our platform — payment processing, email delivery, website hosting, and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

If you close your account, we'll delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we're required by law to retain it longer (for example, certain health and financial records must be kept for a minimum period under state and federal law).

Terms of Service
By using the Meridian Peptide website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
What Meridian Peptide Is (and Isn't)
Meridian Peptide is a technology platform that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare providers. We're not a healthcare provider, medical practice, or pharmacy. We don't diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical advice.
All medical decisions — including whether to prescribe peptide therapy, which peptides to prescribe, dosing, and treatment duration — are made by independent licensed physicians based on their own clinical judgment after reviewing your health assessment.
Compounded Medications
Compounded medications available through our platform are not FDA-approved. They're prepared by licensed US compounding pharmacies in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations, including USP sterile compounding standards.
Compounded medications may be legally prescribed by licensed physicians when commercially manufactured alternatives are unavailable, not suitable for a specific patient, or when a physician determines compounding is medically appropriate. Your physician will explain this distinction during your treatment.
Individual Results Vary
Peptide therapy affects everyone differently. We don't guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or results. Your physician will set realistic expectations based on the available evidence and your individual health profile. Some patients respond well. Some don't. That's how medicine works.
Eligibility
To use Meridian Peptide's services, you must be:
- At least 18 years old
- A US resident with a valid US shipping address
- Truthful in the health information you provide — your physician relies on accurate information to make safe prescribing decisions
Providing false or misleading health information may result in inappropriate treatment. Be honest. Your physician is on your side.
Your Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete health information
- Follow your physician's instructions regarding medication use, dosing, and storage
- Report any adverse reactions or side effects to your prescribing physician promptly
- Not share your prescribed medication with others
- Keep your account credentials secure
Payments and Refunds
Pricing is published on our website. All prices include physician consultation, medication, shipping, and ongoing monitoring unless otherwise stated. We don't charge enrollment fees, hidden fees, or cancellation penalties.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refund requests for already-shipped medication are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your physician determines you're not a candidate for peptide therapy after reviewing your assessment, you won't be charged for medication.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Meridian Peptide website — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is owned by Meridian Peptide or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Meridian Peptide is a technology platform. We facilitate connections between patients and healthcare providers but don't control or direct the medical decisions made by independent physicians.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Peptide is not liable for:
- Medical decisions made by independent healthcare providers
- Adverse reactions to prescribed medications
- Pharmacy compounding errors
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform
This doesn't limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Meridian Peptide's services will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active users via email for material changes. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
